David Hopkins, MD

Married with five children, David Hopkins, MD has been practicing in Murfreesboro for 33 years. Interests include diabetes, cardiology, and primary care. He holds an undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University and an M.D. degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Charity Hospital in New Orleans (Louisiana State University program). 

Lori Maignan, ANP-BC

Lori Maignan, ANP-BC has been practicing at Maple Street Medical Clinic for 13 years. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from the University of Illinois and completed her adult/geriatric nurse practitioner training at Vanderbilt University. She is married and has four beautiful daughters. Interests include mental health, primary care, and acute illness.

Marie Hawley, ANP-BC

Marie Hawley, ANP-BC joined our team in August 2018. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Gannon University in Erie, PA and completed Adult Nurse Practitioner training at the University of Washington in Seattle. Her experiences include acute care, primary care and specialty services. Her interests include pulmonary medicine and liver disease. Three years ago, she relocated from Seattle with her husband. In her time off, she enjoys ballroom dancing, bicycling and hiking.
